This illustration is printed in Bayonne on thick, artistic, high-end 250g paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests. We use recyclable eco-solvent ink, and our paper is ECF labeled and FSC certified.
Furthermore, all our posters are signed and delivered unframed, carefully protected in a shipping tube.

Parcels are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday.
You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination country.
We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Delivery time in mainland France is 48 to 72 hours on business days.
International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.
Please note: A personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery Problem
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please be sure to notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible by providing photos of the package, the shipping label, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are obliged to wait for the completion of this investigation and its conclusion.

A little history:
Firstly, Arcachon is a seaside resort town. Indeed, it is located in the southwest of France and is famous for oyster farming. Its four districts are named after the seasons of the year. The Summer Town is a shopping street where the main beach and the city's casino, located in the Château Deganne, are found. The Winter Town is home to large 19th-century villas. To the south of the city is the immense natural dune, the Dune du Pilat.
Also, Cap Ferret is a twenty-kilometer long coastal strip. It separates the Atlantic Ocean and the Arcachon Basin. The Cap Ferret Peninsula is located in Gironde, 40 kilometers west of Bordeaux, in a unique situation, closest to the ocean, the Arcachon basin, and the Landes de Gascogne forest. You can admire views of the Arcachon Basin on one side, then the magnificent views of the waves and the Silver Coast on the other. At the meeting point between the Arcachon basin and the Atlantic Ocean, you can see the banks of the Altun river and the Dune du Pilat in the middle of the passage.
