Furthermore, all our posters are signed and delivered unframed, carefully protected in a shipping tube.

Shipping Policy
Parcels are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday.
You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination country.
We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Delivery time in mainland France is 48 to 72 hours on business days.
International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.
Please note: A personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery Problem
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please be sure to notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible by providing photos of the package, the shipping label, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are obliged to wait for the completion of this investigation and its conclusion.

Biarritz is an elegant seaside town on the Basque coast located in southwestern France. Since the 1800s, crowned heads from all over Europe have chosen the mythical city of Biarritz as a holiday destination.
Biarritz is also popular with surfers for its large beaches with waves, and its surf schools.
The emblem of Biarritz is the Rocher de la Vierge (Virgin's Rock), which is a rocky outcrop topped with a statue of the Virgin Mary. This rock is accessible via a pedestrian bridge and offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Biscay.
