Parcels are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received, from Monday to Friday.
You can opt for delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.
Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel and the destination country.
We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Delivery time in mainland France is 48 to 72 hours on business days.
International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.
Please note: Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, using the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery issue
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible, providing photos of the package, the delivery slip, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days, and we are obligated to await the completion and conclusion of this investigation.

For a little history, Rennes is the capital of the Brittany region, in northwest France. It is notably known for its medieval half-timbered houses and its immense cathedral.
