Our enamel mugs are made of metal and handmade. The irregular appearance of the sheet metal and possible chips in the enamel are normal and give them a vintage look.
This tableware is unbreakable. It can be washed in the dishwasher, but it is not microwave safe!

Packages are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received, from Monday to Friday.
You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.

We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Delivery time in metropolitan France is 48 to 72 hours on business days.
International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) at TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.
Please note: A personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, using the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery Problem
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible, providing photos of the package, the delivery slip, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return the damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are obliged to await the end of this investigation and its conclusion.

For the record,
Firstly, Arcachon is a seaside resort town. It is located in southwestern France and is famous for oyster harvesting. Also, its 4 districts are named after the seasons of the year. Indeed, the Ville d'Été is a shopping street where the main beach and the town's casino, located in the Château Deganne, are found. The Ville d'Hiver is home to large 19th-century villas. To the south of the town is the immense natural sand dune, the Dune du Pilat.
Cap Ferret is a coastal strip about twenty kilometers long separating the Atlantic Ocean and the Arcachon Basin. The Cap Ferret Peninsula is located in Gironde, 40 kilometers west of Bordeaux, in a unique location, closest to the ocean, the Arcachon Basin and the Landes de Gascogne forest. You can admire views of the Arcachon Basin on one side, and magnificent views of the waves and the Côte d'Argent on the other. At the meeting point of the Arcachon Basin and the Atlantic Ocean, you can see the banks of the Altun river and the Dune du Pilat in the middle of the passage.
