Packages are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday.

You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination country.

We recommend grouping all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Delivery time in mainland France is 48 to 72 business hours.

International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.

Please note: A personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Delivery Problem

If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible, providing us with photos of the package, the delivery slip, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.

The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are obliged to wait for the completion and conclusion of this investigation.
