Our trays are handmade in Sweden from birch wood, chosen for its fine grain and width, and sourced from sustainably managed Scandinavian forests. FSC certified

Packages are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received, Monday to Friday.

You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.

Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package and the country of destination.

We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Delivery time in metropolitan France is 48 to 72 working hours.

International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in its original packaging and protective wrapping (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.

Please note: Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Delivery Problem

If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible, providing photos of the package, the delivery slip, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return the damaged items to us.

The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days, and we are obliged to wait for its completion and conclusion.
