This illustration is printed in Bayonne on thick, artistic, high-end 250g paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests. We use recyclable eco-solvent ink, and our paper is ECF labeled and FSC certified.
Furthermore, all our posters are signed and delivered unframed, carefully protected in a shipping tube.

Parcels are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday.
You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination country.
We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Delivery time in mainland France is 48 to 72 hours on business days.
International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.
Please note: A personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery Problem
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please be sure to notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible by providing photos of the package, the shipping label, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are obliged to wait for the completion of this investigation and its conclusion.

About Tokiko

This large Hossegor poster is printed on light poplar wood. The grain and knots of the wood may be visible, as the wood surface is random. Ecology is important to us, which is why the wood comes from sustainably managed forests. Wood is a renewable, recyclable, reusable, and biodegradable material.
Additionally, there are two holes for easy hanging in your home.
Also, our posters are signed and delivered, unframed, in a protective tube.

A little history:
Hossegor is a seaside resort on the Silver Coast, in Maremne. It is located between the Landes forest and the Atlantic Ocean, through which the Bourret and Boudigau rivers flow. This is why it is thought to be a trace of the ancient course of the Adour.
It includes many symbolic places and monuments, such as the Saint-Étienne church in Soorts, the Sainte-Trinité church in Hossegor, the Notre-Dame-des-Dunes chapel in Soorts-Hossegor, the large wave that dominates the dune development and the oceanfront promenade, the Basque-Landais facades, the sporting casino, and even Lake Hossegor.
