Please note: A personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery Problem
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please be sure to notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible by providing photos of the package, the shipping label, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are obliged to wait for the completion of this investigation and its conclusion.
