Packages are generally shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment, from Monday to Friday.
You can choose delivery to a different address or to a relay point near you.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the country of destination.
We recommend consolidating all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Delivery time in metropolitan France is 48 to 72 hours on business days.
International delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us in its original packaging and protective materials (within 14 days of receipt) to TOKIKO, Centre ERLIA, ZI Jalday, 64500 SAINT JEAN de LUZ.
Please note: Personalized products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund within 15 days, via the payment method used for your purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Delivery Issue
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please be sure to notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible by providing photos of the package, the delivery slip, and the damaged items. You can do this via our contact form. As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request. Please do not return damaged items to us.
The carrier will launch an investigation. This national investigation can last up to 30 days; we are required to wait for the completion and conclusion of this investigation.

A little history...
Firstly, Saint-Jean-de-Luz is a French commune located in the Pyrénées Atlantiques province of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It is the most ocean-front resort on the Basque Coast, close to Biarritz, Bayonne, and the Spanish border, where most of the streets are pedestrianized.
Furthermore, thanks to its three trinquet courts, its fronton, and its Jaï Alaï, the city hosts the best Basque pelota players in the world and is a very popular place for all ocean-related activities.
